Are you experiencing anxiety, stress or have worrisome thoughts that exhaust you? I can relate and deeply care about you…which is why I wrote this book!


For many years my sole desire was to help people overcome and push through fears because, quite frankly, it’s awful going through life “white knuckled” and felt it was my calling to help others, as I, too, have been in the trenches of anxiety, panic and fears galore! Not a happy spot for certain. However, I was determined to find ways to not just cope, but to truly enjoy this journey of life’s ups and downs and I did! So, here we go…I’ve written a book about it! “Starving Your Fears.”

My first panic attack came on quite unexpectedly at 12 years old when I stood in front of my Girl Scout peers and family members to read my notes about our current activities and that opened the portals for many more to come for many years. I read every self-help book I could find about overcoming fears, from religious to preposterous beliefs and treatments. They didn’t scratch the surface of what it truly felt like to have anxiety daily nor described panic attacks very well. If you haven’t lived through it…then you have no idea how devastating they are nor how one’s life and ability to work can be robbed from them. One woman told me she knew exactly what I meant because on her solo flight, her last test to get her pilot's license, she was running out of fuel and thought she would crash. Well, that is totally understandable! Obviously, she didn’t have a clue what I was speaking about.

I’m reaching out to people who feel anxious, stressed, nervous while at work, or worse yet, in your home, which is supposed to be your safe place! Many people experience having panic attacks while driving on the highway, over a bridge, etc., etc. While this can be overwhelming, I’m here to give you hope, as I’m living proof that what I’ve learned works. There is a way to get yourself out of that whirling dervish cycle when you have the correct “tools” and I’ve certainly been your “guinea pig” in discovering what they are!

While in private practice, I helped countless people to overcome their fears and now I look forward to reaching out to many more by sharing my story, knowledge and techniques to live a more peaceful, enjoyable life even while this world is spinning with toxic news on just about any subject imaginable!

My book is meant to enable you to grow beyond your fears; it’s meant to read over and over and will give you comfort no matter what page you turn to as there will be something there to calm your frayed nerves and anxious thoughts.
